½ l milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1 spoon of sugar
Thoroughly whisk the eggs and the salt and let stand for ½ hour.
Then add the milk and the sugar and whisk thoroughly. Fill the mixture
into a preserving jar and let it curdle for approx. one hour in a double
boiler. Try the mixture’s texture with a knife and fill the mixture by aid
of a spoon into the Eierkäs form. Serve with rings or white bread and
sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on top to one’s own taste.
